District Winter Weather Policy
from the PCHS Handbook
During the winter, it may be necessary because of poor weather conditions to
1. cancel school,
2. start school late, or
3. dismiss school early.
These decisions will be made as soon as possible, and radio stations will be notified so that the message will be spread. Please listen to your radio station.
The following radio stations will carry

If the radio message is that school will START LATE, the buses will run where possible approximately 1 hour later than usual and school will start at 9:30 a.m. and dismiss at the regular time.
If there is any question about whether school will be DISMISSED EARLY, please listen to the listed radio stations. Early dismissals will usually be at 2:00 p.m., but extreme conditions may result in an earlier dismissal.
